Do not submit highly sensitive financial credentials through the WNC Homes inquiry form. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or investment account numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, or other credentials through this form. If a financing provider needs that information, provide it only through that provider’s secure process.

If you request financing guidance, WNC Homes may first review your information and contact you. If WNC Homes determines that a lending referral may be appropriate and you authorize the referral, we may manually share the information you submitted with a selected independent lending partner so that lender may contact you about financing.

When you follow a link to a financing provider or other third-party website, that organization operates its own site and its own privacy practices, disclosures, and terms apply. WNC Homes does not control a third party’s privacy or security practices.

Choices and updates

You may choose not to request financing guidance or may decline authorization for WNC Homes to share your information with a lender. If you need to update information you previously submitted or have a privacy-related request, use the website request form and write “Privacy request” in the Additional Information field.

Security and retention

WNC Homes intends to use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information collected. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, business records, or applicable legal obligations.

Financing information

WNC Homes does not make credit decisions. A WNC Homes website inquiry is not a loan or credit application. Any financing application, pre-qualification, preapproval, underwriting, rate, program, or credit decision occurs only after a referral and is handled directly by the selected independent lender under that lender’s own privacy notices, disclosures, and terms.
